Joe Tradii is the founder and principal consultant at JAT Consults, providing marketing and communications for nonprofits and organizations from start-ups to the Fortune 50.
Prior to his current role, he was the communications lead for Eastside Pathways, a nonprofit dedicated to improving outcomes for all children through the Collective Impact model.
Previously, Joe was Director of Marketing at Frontier Communications. There he led a team responsible for defining and addressing market needs through brand building, demand generation and omni-channel marketing. Joe also spent several years at Microsoft as Senior Brand Manager. There he created and managed various marketing initiatives across the company related to the enterprise market.
Joe is an internationally recognized authority on marketing. His insights have been featured in leading industry journals including Brand Quarterly, Brandweek, The U.K. Marketer, Visions Journal of Product Management, and the International Journal of Branding.
During his tenure with some of the world’s most-recognized advertising agencies, his award-winning campaigns garnered Belding, ANDY, Clio, Creative Arts Annual, and ProComm honors. His campaign for Ocean Pacific Sportswear is part of the Library of Congress' permanent collection of popular culture.
Joe received his MBA from the University of California at Irvine, and is a frequent contributor on the topics of marketing and branding.
He has taught marketing and communications at Central Washington University, Seattle University's Albers School of Business, and Southern New Hampshire University and previously volunteered on the King County Children and Youth Advisory Board.
